On December 22, 2022, pursuant to Section 30.5 of the General Terms & Conditions

of Northwest’s FERC Gas Tariff, Northwest informed shippers that it will be holding

its first Annual Modernization and Emissions Reduction Project (M&ERP) Cost

Recovery Mechanism (CRM) Shippers Meeting on January 26, 2023, virtually, at

11am PST. Northwest looks forward to sharing the progress made on the

Modernization and Emissions Reduction Program.

be posted to the EBB prior to the meeting.
