As indicated in All Shippers Notice #22-192, Northwest is&nbsp;<br />currently repairing 3rd party damages near the Pocatello&nbsp;<br />compressor.&nbsp;<br /><br />Primary nomination requests northbound through the&nbsp;<br />Pocatello compressor have exceeded the available capacity&nbsp;<br />of 525,000 Dth/d (or whatever Northwest can mitigate).&nbsp;<br />Therefore, pursuant to sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest hereby&nbsp;<br />gives notice of a Deficiency Period for Gas Day November&nbsp;<br />3, 2022. The Deficiency will be calculated based on the&nbsp;<br />design capacity of 610,000 Dth/d northbound at the&nbsp;<br />Pocatello compressor. The Deficiency Period will continue&nbsp;<br />until the repairs are completed and Northwest will post&nbsp;<br />on its EBB if unable to mitigate volumes on that day.&nbsp;<br /><br />If you have any questions, please call your Commercial&nbsp;<br />Services Representative or the hotline at 713-215-6301.
