As indicated in All Shippers Notice #22-173, Northwest is&nbsp;<br />currently performing maintenance at the Burley&nbsp;<br />compressor.&nbsp;<br /><br />Primary nomination requests northbound through the Burley&nbsp;<br />compressor have exceeded the available capacity of&nbsp;<br />464,000 Dth/d (or whatever Northwest can mitigate).&nbsp;<br />Therefore, pursuant to sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest hereby&nbsp;<br />gives notice of a Deficiency Period for Gas Day Friday,&nbsp;<br />October 28 2022. The Deficiency will be calculated based&nbsp;<br />on the design capacity of 579,000 Dth/d northbound at the&nbsp;<br />Burley compressor. The Deficiency Period is currently&nbsp;<br />expected to continue through Gas Day November 9 and&nbsp;<br />Northwest will post on its EBB if unable to mitigate&nbsp;<br />volumes on that day.&nbsp;<br /><br />If you have any questions, please call your Commercial&nbsp;<br />Services Representative or the hotline at 713-215-6301.
