Northwest Pipeline&rsquo;s final 2022 customer training meeting will<br />center around winter operations and OFOs. We will discuss&nbsp;<br />Receiving Party imbalance management, Entitlements, issuing&nbsp;<br />OFOs and utilizing the OFO screens in Passage.
