<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Calibri',sans-serif;"></span></p>On August 30, 2022 Northwest submitted for FERC acceptance its&nbsp;<br />semi-annual fuel filing to place into effect on October 1, 2022&nbsp;<br />a new fuel reimbursement factor for the transportation rate&nbsp;<br />schedules. By this filing, Northwest proposed an increase from&nbsp;<br />1.01% to 1.06% in the transportation services factor under Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedules TF-1, TF-2, TI-1 and DEX-1.
