<p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">As part of Northwest&rsquo;s scheduled maintenance and as indicated </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">in All Shippers Notice #22-115, Northwest is currently </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">replacing pipe along the Spokane lateral. </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Primary nomination requests southbound through the Mesa </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">compressor have exceeded the available capacity of 0 Dth/d (or </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">whatever Northwest can mitigate). Therefore, pursuant to </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Deficiency Period </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">for gas day Thursday, August 4, 2022. The Deficiency will be </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">calculated based on the design capacity of 75,338 Dth/d </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">southbound at the Mesa compressor. The Deficiency Period will </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">continue through gas day August 11 and Northwest will post on its </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">EBB if unable to mitigate volumes on that day. </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">If you have any questions, please call your Commercial Services </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Representative or the hotline at 713-215-6301.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p>
