<p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">As part of Northwest&rsquo;s scheduled maintenance and as indicated </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">in All Shippers Notice #22-091, Northwest is currently </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">replacing pipe along the Spokane lateral. </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Effective for gas day August 4, 2022, Northwest will be limiting </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">capacity at Mesa compressor to 0 Dth/d in the northbound and southbound</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">direction. If primary nomination requests through the Mesa compressor </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">exceed the available capacity of 0 Dth/d (or whatever Northwest can mitigate)</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">in the northbound or southbound direction, Northwest will give notice of a </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Deficiency Period, pursuant to sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Northwest's Tariff.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">The Deficiency will be calculated based on the design capacity of 143,896 Dth/d </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">northbound or 75,338 Dth/d southbound at the Mesa compressor. The Deficiency </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Period&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">will continue through gas day August 11 or whenever the work is completed </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">and&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Northwest&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">will post on its EBB if unable to mitigate volumes on that day. </span></p>  <p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">If you have any questions, please call your Commercial Services </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Representative or the hotline at 713-215-6301.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p>
