Subject:  Deficiency at Caldwell Compressor

As posted in the maintenance schedule and as indicated in All&nbsp;<br />Shippers Notice #22-088, Northwest is currently in Phase II of&nbsp;<br />its pipe replacement project in the Caldwell to Boise corridor.<br /><br />Primary nomination requests southbound through the Caldwell&nbsp;<br />compressor have exceeded the available capacity of 372,000&nbsp;<br />Dth/d (or whatever Northwest can mitigate). Therefore, pursuant&nbsp;<br />to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's&nbsp;<br />Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Deficiency Period&nbsp;<br />for gas day Friday, July 15, 2022. Based on a design capacity&nbsp;<br />of 475,000 Dth/d southbound at Caldwell the Daily Deficiency&nbsp;<br />Volume is 372,000 Dth/d. The Deficiency Period will continue&nbsp;<br />until the work is completed August 5, 2022. Northwest will post&nbsp;<br />on its EBB if unable to mitigate volumes each day throughout&nbsp;<br />the Deficiency Period.<br /><br />If you have any questions, please call your Commercial Services&nbsp;<br />Representative or the hotline at 713-215-6301.
