As part of Northwest&rsquo;s scheduled maintenance and as indicated&nbsp;<br />in All Shippers Notice #22-091, Northwest is currently&nbsp;<br />replacing pipe along the Spokane lateral.&nbsp;<br /><br />Primary nomination requests southbound through the Mesa&nbsp;<br />compressor have exceeded the available capacity of 0 Dth/d (or&nbsp;<br />whatever Northwest can mitigate). Therefore, pursuant to&nbsp;<br />sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's&nbsp;<br />Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Deficiency Period&nbsp;<br />for gas day Tuesday, July 12, 2022. Deficiency will be&nbsp;<br />calculated based on the design capacity of 75,338 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound at the Mesa compressor. The Deficiency Period will&nbsp;<br />continue through gas day July 13 and Northwest will post on its&nbsp;<br />EBB if unable to mitigate volumes on that day.&nbsp;<br /><br />If you have any questions, please call your Commercial Services&nbsp;<br />Representative or the hotline at 713-215-6301.<br />
