Effective gas day Tuesday, January 4, 2022, Northwest will be lifting the&nbsp;<br />Stage III Overrun Entitlement (All Shipper Notice 21-211) and issuing an&nbsp;<br />Overrun Entitlement warning for all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer&nbsp;<br />compressor station.<br /><br />As a reminder and pursuant to Section 14(c) of its Tariff, customer-<br />specific entitlements may be issued to Receiving Parties that<br />1)<span style="white-space:pre;">	</span>has contributed to the adverse operating conditions for at least two&nbsp;<br />consecutive days; and<br />2)<span style="white-space:pre;">	</span>whose actual measured deliveries have deviated from scheduled&nbsp;<br />deliveries for the previous Gas Day by the greater of 10,000 Dth or 5&nbsp;<br />percent.<br /><br />If you have any questions, please contact your Commercial Services&nbsp;<br />Representative or the Scheduling Hotline at (713) 215-6301.<br />
