The current weather forecast for most of the Pacific Northwest contemplates&nbsp;<br />unseasonably cold weather beginning as early as this weekend and continuing&nbsp;<br />through late next week.&nbsp; Due to the duration of the current forecast,&nbsp;<br />Northwest is declaring a Stage III (13%) Overrun Entitlement for all&nbsp;<br />Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer compressor station beginning gas&nbsp;<br />day Friday, December 24, 2021.&nbsp;<br /><br />This proactive measure will help to maintain the operational integrity of&nbsp;<br />the system in advance and during the coldest period.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />The Entitlement level will be evaluated daily, and will be subject to&nbsp;<br />change during the event to determine overall effectiveness, line pack&nbsp;<br />health, storage inventories and changes in the weather forecast in order to&nbsp;<br />preserve balancing flexibility well into the winter season.&nbsp;<br /><br />This notice replaces the Entitlement warning (All-Shipper notice 21-<br />202)issued December 9, 2021.<br /><br />If you have any questions, please contact your Marketing Services&nbsp;<br />Representative or the Scheduling Hotline at (713) 215-6301.
