Due to expected cooler weather, Northwest is issuing an Overrun&nbsp;<br />Entitlement warning for all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer&nbsp;<br />compressor station effective Tuesday, December 14 and until further notice.<br /><br />As a reminder and pursuant to Section 14(c) of its Tariff, customer-<br />specific entitlements may be issued to Receiving Parties that<br />1)<span style="white-space:pre;">	</span>has contributed to the adverse operating conditions for at least two&nbsp;<br />consecutive days; and<br />2)<span style="white-space:pre;">	</span>whose actual measured deliveries have deviated from scheduled&nbsp;<br />deliveries for the previous Gas Day by the greater of 10,000 Dth or 5&nbsp;<br />percent.<br /><br />Further, to protect Northwest Pipeline&rsquo;s account at Jackson Prairie,&nbsp;<br />Northwest will not accept any POSTID nominations that will negatively&nbsp;<br />impact its account.<br /><br />If you have any questions, please contact your Commercial Services&nbsp;<br />Representative or the Scheduling Hotline at (713) 215-6301.
