<p>On February 25, 2021 Northwest submitted for FERC acceptance its semi-annual fuel filing to place into</p><p>effect new factors for fuel gas used and gas lost and unaccounted-for. By this filing, Northwest proposes:</p><p>(1) a decrease from 0.88% to 0.87% in the transportation services factor; (2) an increase from 0.20% to</p><p>0.32% in the underground storage services factor; (3) no change in the 0.25% in the LNG liquefaction </p><p>service factor; and, (4) an increase from 0.14% to 0.29% in the LNG vaporization service factor. On </p><p>March 17, 2021 FERC accepted Docket RP20-592 and the new fuel rates will become effective on April </p><p>1, 2021. </p><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Calibri',sans-serif;">&nbsp;</span></p>
