<p>Efective beginning gas day Friday, September 18, 2020, Northwest Pipeline is lifting the Stage III (13%) underrun <br />entitlement currently in place for all receiving parties north of the Kemmerer compressor. Pipeline <br />conditions have improved sufficiently to no longer require an entitlement.</p><p>Northwest would like to caution shippers that pipeline flexibility is limited due to the Jackson Prairie <br />storage facility being almost full and on-going maintenance in the Roosevelt to Willard corridor.&nbsp; <br />Northwest encourages shippers to align markets with supply to avoid any undue banking or drafting <br />which would result in additional Entitlements, including the possibility of declaring an entitlement on a <br />weekend.</p><p>If you have any questions, please contact your Commercial Services Representative or the Scheduling <br />Hotline at 713-215-6301.</p>
