&nbsp;<p>s a customer service, Northwest offers its customers an opportunity to review its tariff filings <br />prior to filing them with FERC. Northwest asks that you direct any comments or concerns to <br />Jennifer Rowan (713-215-4217) or Mike Heeney (713-215-2424) on or before August 26, 2020, <br />so that Northwest may accommodate your concerns to the greatest extent possible before the <br />filing is submitted to FERC.</p><p>On August 28, 2020, Northwest will submit its semi-annual fuel filing to place into effect on October 1, <br />2020 a decreased fuel factor from 0.91% to 0.88% for Northwest&rsquo;s Transportation Rate Schedules TF-1, <br />TF-2, TI-1 and DEX-1, for fuel gas used and lost and unaccounted-for.</p><p>A draft copy of the proposed filing is available on Northwest's website under Regulatory/Proposed Tariff Filings at the following link </p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:medium;"></span><p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"><a href="http://www.northwest.williams.com/NWP_Portal/ProposedTariffFilingsMenu.action"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif;font-size:11pt;"><span style="color:#0000ff;">Northwest Pipeline
