&nbsp;<p>Due to forecasted colder than normal weather and the on-going compressor <br />outage at Puget Sound&rsquo;s Jackson Prairie storage facility, which severely <br />limits Northwest&rsquo;s balancing flexibility, Northwest is declaring a Stage II <br />(8%) Overrun Entitlement for all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer <br />compressor station beginning gas day Saturday, March 14, 2020, through the <br />end of gas day Wednesday, March 18, 2020.</p><p>Currently the Jackson Prairie facility has a deliverability of 320,000 Dth <br />into Northwest Pipeline and continues to decline each day. Northwest will <br />post the latest facility deliverability number on its website as the number <br />is made available to us.
