<span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Calibri',sans-serif;">Northwest offers its customers an opportunity to review its major tariff filings prior to filing them with </span>   <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Calibri',sans-serif;">FERC. Northwest asks that you provide any comments or concerns on or before February 27, so </span></p><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Calibri',sans-serif;">Northwest can respond prior to the filing being submitted to FERC. Please direct comments and </span></p><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Calibri',sans-serif;">concerns to Dave Madsen (801-584-6864) or Josh Taylor (801-584-6673).</span></p><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Calibri',sans-serif;">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Calibri',sans-serif;">Northwest will make its semi-annual fuel filing to place into effect new factors on April 1, 2020, for fuel </span></p><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Calibri',sans-serif;">gas used and gas lost and unaccounted-for. By this filing, Northwest proposes: (1) a decrease from </span></p><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Calibri',sans-serif;">1.16% to 0.91% in the transportation services factor; (2) a decrease from 0.24% to 0.20% in the </span></p><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Calibri',sans-serif;">underground storage services factor; (3) a decrease from 0.98% to 0.25% in the LNG liquefaction </span></p><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Calibri',sans-serif;">service factor; and, (4) a decrease from 0.53% to 0.14% in the LNG vaporization service factor.
