<p>In an effort to preserve Northwest&rsquo;s system balancing at Jackson Prairie, Northwest will not allow <br />PostID3 noms that will negatively impact Northwest&rsquo;s account until further notice.</p><p>Since lifting the previous Entitlement, customers have drafted approximately 1 Bcf.&nbsp; <br />If excessive drafting continues, Northwest will declare a general system Entitlement for overruns for <br />receiving parties located north of the Kemmerer compressor station pursuant to Section 14.6 of <br />Northwest Pipeline Gas Tariff.</p><p>If you have any questions, please contact your Marketing Services <br />Representative or the Scheduling Hotline at (801) 584-7301</p>&nbsp;
