&nbsp;<span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"> </span><p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family:'Calibri',sans-serif;font-size:11pt;"></span></p><p>Northwest offers its customers an opportunity to review its major tariff filings prior to filing them with <br />FERC. Northwest asks that you provide any comments or concerns on or before November 15, so <br />Northwest can respond prior to the filing being submitted to FERC. Please direct comments and <br />concerns to Dave Madsen (801-584-6864) or Josh Taylor (801-584-6673).</p><p>Northwest has posted for customer review the 2020 Leap Year Rate Filing to reflect the daily reservation <br />rates effective for calendar year 2020. These rates are computed on the basis of 366 days.
