&nbsp;<p>Northwest would like to remind Shippers that when Northwest determines the <br />amount of primary firm nominations that exceeds the physical design or posted <br />operationally available capacity, Northwest relies on the amount of scheduled <br />quantities flowing in the opposite direction through the constraint point <br />(&ldquo;Displacement&rdquo;), that were scheduled in the Timely nomination cycle for that <br />gas day. OFO obligations that must be complied with in the Evening nomination <br />cycle are calculated on the assumption that the Displacement scheduled <br />quantities from the Timely nomination cycle will remain in place for the <br />entire gas day. </p><p>Shippers whose gas is scheduled in the Timely nomination cycle which provide <br />Displacement through an OFO constraint point may not be reduced in subsequent <br />nomination cycles during the gas day for which Northwest has issued an OFO. </p><p>To further clarify, if gas that was providing displacement gets cut or <br />reduced, a shipper must bring on new supply i.e. Jackson Prairie or gas from <br />other supply locations north of the constraint location.</p><p><br />If you have any questions, please contact your Marketing Services<br />Representative or the Scheduling Hotline at (801) 584-7301.</p><p>NWP<br />DA/</p><p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';"><span style="font-size:small;"></span></span></p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:medium;"></span>
