III (13%) Overrun Entitlement North of the </span></p><p style="margin:0px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Roosevelt compressor station pursuant to Section 14.6 of
the Northwest Gas Pipeline Tariff effective </span></p><p style="margin:0px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">October 3, 2019, and until further notice.</span></p><p style="margin:0px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">&nbsp;</span></p><p style="margin:0px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Northwest would like to remind customers that during the
month of October, balancing flexibility is </span></p><p style="margin:0px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">extremely limited due to maintenance at the Jackson
