As a reminder to the posted maintenance on Northwest's website, Northwestis

currently performing anomaly investigations and pipeline repairs betweenthe

La Plata and Pleasant View compressors through November 2, 2019.

Due to pressure restrictions associated with this maintenance, Northwest may

not be able to deliver gas off the south end to locations such as Blancoand

Ignacio from points other than Ignacio Plant.

In addition, for gas days October 22-25, 2019, Northwest’s will have zero

operational capacity through the La Plata and Pleasant View compressors.

If Northwest is unable to mitigate customer impacts, requiring primaryfirm

nominations cuts due to these pressure restrictions and capacityconstraints,

Northwest will declare a Deficiency Period pursuant to Sections 10.2 and10.3

of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff.
