Northwest will be performing anomaly investigations in the Willard to

Washougal corridor September 24-25, 2019.

Although the posted design capacity at the Willard compressor will be zero

during the outage, Northwest will mitigate as much of the outage as possible

by working with its interconnecting partners and utilizing its storage

flexibility.

If Northwest is unable to mitigate the entire outage and is forced to cut

primary gas, Northwest will declare a Deficiency Period pursuant to Sections

10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff.
