The operator of the Jackson Prairie Storage Facility has informed Northwest 
that the facility will be shut-in June 18 and 19, 2019 to install equipment 
in an effort to improve reliability for the upcoming winter heating season. 

Northwest will attempt to schedule net injection/withdrawal nomination 
requests during the outage to the extent possible, utilizing its limited line 
pack flexibility. 

As a reminder, pursuant to the All Shipper Notice 19-101, Northwest is 
requiring SGS-2I shippers with inventory at Jackson Prairie to reduce their 
interruptible storage accounts by 50 percent from their ending balances as of 
June 10, 2019 by the end of gas day June 20; and 100 percent by the end of 
gas day June 30, 2019.
