Under the OFO Recall Advisory, Shippers are required to: (1) recall capacity that is subject to an OFO recall provision; or (2) take other action that is acceptable to Northwest, to satisfy its OFO obligation. If Northwest is unable to mitigate any primary southbound scheduled quantities exceeding 500,000 Dth/d at Meacham, Northwest will provide Shippers with their specific OFO obligations by 4:00 p.m. MST. Shippers must comply with their OFO obligations no later than the Evening nomination deadline (5:00 p.m. MST). Shippers can monitor throughput quantities and obtain a copy of Northwest's OFO procedures on Northwest's website at www.northwest.williams.com. Additionally, Northwest is performing anomaly investigations near the Caldwell compressor station. Again, if Northwest is unable to mitigate any impacts from this work, Northwest may declare a deficiency down to the operational capacity of 410,000 Dth/d for net southbound nominations. Based on a design capacity of 475,000 Dth/d, the Daily Deficiency Volume may be up to 65,000 Dth/d.
