Subject:  Revised Request to Vacate SGS-2I Inventory at Jackson Prairie

Notice Text:

The operator for the Jackson Prairie Storage Facility has informed 
Northwest that the physical injection capacity is limited to 150,000 
Dth/d based on the current reservoir level. 

To accommodate primary firm injection requests, Northwest will schedule 
to a net 150,000 Dth/d injection and is revising its requirements for 
SGS-2I Shippers to vacate their interruptible storage balances as 
follows:

30 percent from their ending storage balance as of gas day June 
2, 2019 by the end of gas day June 10, 2019; 

50 percent from their ending balances as of June 10, 2019 by the 
end of gas day June 20; and

100 percent by the end of gas day June 30, 2019.

As a reminder, pursuant to Section 2.3 of the SGS-2I Rate Schedule, if 
a Shipper fails to reduce its Working Gas Inventory to the level 
specified above, then Northwest shall take title to Shipper's Working 
Gas Inventory that exceeds the Working Gas Inventory level specified 
above.
