Northwest asks that you provide any comments or concerns on or before May 29, so Northwest can respond prior to the filing being submitted to FERC. Please direct comments and concerns to Dave Madsen (801-584-6864) or Josh Taylor (801-584-6673). Northwest plans to make a tariff filing to propose: (1) adding two additional stages to the unauthorized underrun entitlement provisions in order to provide added flexibility as to the level of underrun entitlement Northwest can declare; (2) the removal of the Shipper warranty language in Section 9.3 of Rate Schedule LS-3F and Section 5.4 of Rate schedule LD-4I; (3) the removal of the liquids revenue crediting language in Section 20.1 through 20.7 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Tariff since the required delivery facilities have been permanently removed; and (4) changing language in Section 2.1(d) of Rate Schedule TF-1 in reference to TF-1 Small Customer's temporary conversion elections to a TF-1 Large Customer from one (1) week prior to the beginning month for which such conversion is to become effective, to one hour prior to the Timely Nomination Cycle for the gas day on which the conversion is to become effective. A draft copy of the proposed filing is available on Northwest's website under Regulatory/Proposed Tariff Filings at the following link: http://www.northwest.williams.com/NWP_Portal/ (click 'Regulatory,' then 'Proposed Tariff Filings'). dm/jt
