Subject:  FERC Order - NWP 2019 Semi Annual Fuel Filing

Notice Text:

On March 12, 2019, in Docket No. RP19-705, the FERC issued
an order accepting Northwest Pipeline's semi-annual fuel 
reimbursement factors to be implemented on April 1, 2019. 
Northwest proposed the following factors: 
(1) an increase from 1.61% to 1.64% in the transportation services factor; 
(2) an increase from 0.17% to 0.24% in the underground storage services 
factor; (3) the LNG liquefaction services factor increased from 0.53% to 
0.98%; and, (4) no change to the 0.53% LNG vaporization services factor. 
Further, Northwest proposes no change to the liquefaction charge for both 
Rate Schedule LS-3F and LD-4I services during 2018.
