Northwest offers its customers an opportunity to review its major tariff filings prior to filing them with 
FERC. Northwest asks that you provide any comments or concerns on or before March 11, so 
Northwest can respond prior to the filing being submitted to FERC. Please direct comments and 
concerns to Dave Madsen (801-584-6864) or Josh Taylor (801-584-6673).

Northwest plans to make a tariff filing to propose: (1) the addition of index-based discount rate 
language, (2) the removal of outdated language in Section 3.5 of the General Terms and Conditions 
regarding the ranking of receipt gas not meeting the tariff quality specifications, (3) the addition of 
language describing how negotiated rates, which include an option fee, will be calculated for the 
purposes of determining scheduling priorities and evaluating available capacity bids, and (4) other 
miscellaneous housekeeping/cleanup changes.
