On February 27, 2019, in Docket No. RP19-705, Northwest Pipeline LLC submitted for Commission 
acceptance a tariff filing to update the fuel reimbursement factors. Northwest proposes the following 
Factors: (1) an increase from 1.61% to 1.64% in the transportation services factor; (2) an increase from 
0.17% to 0.24% in the underground storage services factor; (3) an increase in the LNG liquefaction 
services factor from 0.53% to 0.98%; and, (4) no change to the 0.53% LNG vaporization services factor. 
Further, Northwest proposes no change to the liquefaction charge for both Rate Schedule LS-3F and LD-
4I services during 2018.

Also on February 27, 2019, in Docket No. RP19-707, Northwest submitted for Commission acceptance a 
tariff filing to update the annual incremental facilities charge related to the South Seattle Delivery 
Lateral Expansion Project on the statement of rates in Northwest's tariff.
