Notice Text:

Due to excessive customer drafting north of the Kemmerer Compressor station, Northwest is requesting 
customers to closely align its markets and supplies to avoid further drafting of the system. 
If excessive drafting continues, Northwest will declare a general system entitlement for overruns for 
receiving parties located north of the Kemmerer compressor station pursuant to Section 14.6 of 
Northwest Pipeline Gas Tariff.
Please note that gas being drafted off the system north of Kemmerer is currently being pulled from 
Jackson Prairie. Consequently, Northwest loses the ability to subsidize OFOs and Entitlements.
