Subject:  Jackson Prairie Maintenance Update

Notice Text:

In response to the maintenance being performed by the operator of the
Jackson Prairie Storage Facility, as referenced in All-Shipper notice
18-151, Northwest is informing Shippers it will accept Jackson Prairie
nominations that net to an injection or withdrawal of 50,000 Dth/d for
gas days December 21-23. 

Northwest requests that customers stay on rate during the outage to
avoid the issuance of an Entitlement.
