As previously communicated in All Shipper Notice Nos. 18-127 & 18-128, Northwest will be holding a
conference call today from 10:00 a.m. 11:30 a.m. MST to discuss proposed tariff changes to its OFO 
provisions.   

Northwest has posted a presentation that it will walk through to begin the meeting on Northwest's 
website under Regulatory/Proposed Tariff Filings at the following link:
