Subject:  Northwest Overrun Entitlement Update

Notice Text:

Pursuant to Jackson Prairie being available beginning October 11, 2018 (see 
All-Shipper notice #18-105), Northwest is hereby lifting the Stage I (3%) 
Entitlement in the Kemmerer to Roosevelt corridor including the Spokane and 
Wenatchee laterals effective immediately. In addition, Northwest is 
revising the Entitlement for all locations north of Roosevelt from Stage I 
(3%) to Stage III (13%) until further notice.
