Subject:  Roosevelt Maintenance Update

As previously posted in All Shipper Notice 18-101, Northwest is performing a 
controls upgrade at the Roosevelt compressor station May 1, through October 
15, 2018. The posted design capacity northbound at the Roosevelt compressor 
is 400,000 Dth/d during the outage. 

In anticipation of the Jackson Prairie Storage facility returning to service 
as early as tonight, Northwest will attempt to mitigate primary firm 
nominations beginning Gas Day October 11 northbound through Roosevelt that exceed the operationally available capacity.  

Northwest will evaluate its system operations daily and if Northwest is 
unable to mitigate these excess volumes, Northwest will declare a deficiency 
period pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff.
