SUBJECT: Same-Day Stage I Entitlement North of Kemmerer

Pursuant to West Coast notice #50876 posted earlier this evening and Jackson Prairie being unavailable,
 Northwest is declaring a Same-Day Stage I (5%) Overrun Entitlement for all Receiving Parties north of the
 Kemmerer compressor station including the Spokane, Wenatchee, and Grants Pass laterals for gas day October
 10th per Section 14.6 of Northwest's FERC Gas Tariff.  Northwest is also declaring a Stage I (3%) Overrun
 Entitlement beginning Thursday, October 11th, until further notice.   

For those customers who hold Plymouth LNG storage capacity, Northwest will allow those customers to
 nomination from Plymouth.  Northwest will provide updates as soon as new information is available.
