Northwest Pipeline is experiencing a problem that is preventing 
it from processing confirmations for Gas Day 4 NAESB ID3 process.
Northwest's IT Department is working to resolve the problem.

Northwest will work to reconcile scheduled quantities using the NAESB 
lesser of rule between ID2 process for Gas Day 4 and the final schedule 
quantities.

Northwest is aware of the impact that this problem has on its 
customers and interconnecting pipelines. We greatly appreciate
everyone's cooperation while we resolve the issue.
