Due to limited balancing flexibility and forecasted cooler than normal 
weather in the Pacific Northwest, Northwest is declaring a Stage II (8%) 
Overrun Entitlement for all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer 
compressor station beginning Saturday, October 6, 2018 and ending Monday 
October 8, 2018. 

Northwest would like to remind customers that the Jackson Prairie storage 
facility work continues through October 12 and Dominion's Clay Basin work 
overlaps with the Jackson Prairie work which severely limits any balancing 
flexibility.
