On September 28, 2018, the Commission accepted Northwest's tariff filing to 
implement the Phase 2 Settlement rates identified on Appendix C of the 
Stipulation and Settlement Agreement in Docket No. RP17-346.

The rates in this tariff filing go into effect on October 1, 2018.
