Subject:  JP maintenance reminder and limited balancing flexibility

Northwest would like to remind customers of the Jackson Prairie 
scheduled maintenance October 1-12, 2018. Northwest will not be 
accepting injection or withdrawal nominations during the outage.

Dominion Energy has also reported that the Clay Basin storage facility 
will be limited during part of this time as well. The shut in of both 
facilities will severely limit Northwest's balancing flexibility. 
Customers are encouraged to stay on rate during the outage to avoid 
further action.  

Northwest would also like to remind its shippers that the Park and 
Loan availability will be limited at both storage facilities and to 
watch for the available quantities posted each morning on Northwest's 
web site at www.northwest.williams.com.
