Subject:  Cisco Compressor Update

Notice Text:

Northwest communicated in All Shipper Notice 18-087, that it will be 
performing stress relief work in the Cisco to Rangely corridor September 20 
through October 3. Northwest has determined that the Cisco compressor 
northbound operational capacity will remain at it's design capacity of 
286,000 Dth/d on September 24-25, instead of the reduced amount that was 
previously communicated. 

Northwest will mitigate the work to the extent possible by working with its 
interconnecting partner and utilizing its storage flexibility.  
If Northwest is unable to successfully mitigate all of the primary 
Nominations, it will declare a deficiency period pursuant to Sections 10.2 
and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff.
