Additional Capacity Release Conditions pursuant to Section 22.7(k) of the GT&C: The capacity being released hereunder is being so released pursuant to an Asset Management Agreement between Shell Energy North America ("Shell") and Intermountain Gas Company ("Intermountain") (the "AMA"). Pursuant to the AMA, Shell has agreed to deliver an amount of natural gas to Intermountain's city gate each day during the period April 1, 2023 through October 31, 2023 up to 100% of the maximum daily amount of 45,447 MMBtu of the released capacity. The capacity is recallable pursuant to the terms of the AMA upon the agreement of the parties or upon the termination of the AMA.
