Pursuant to Section 11.5 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's Tariff, this Agreement is modified as follows:
Effective June 1, 2019, Black Hills Service Company, LLC replaces Black Hills Gas Distribution, LLC as the contract holder of this capacity due to an Assignment.
