Pursuant to Section 22.12 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's Tariff, this Agreement is modified as follows:

Pursuant to Offer Number 36782, effective November 01, 2020, Southwest Gas Corporation has permanently released all or a portion of the Transportation Contract Demand underpinning this Agreement to IGI Resources, Inc.. Therefore, this Agreement is modified to reflect the terms contained in such Offer, including the reduction of Transportation Contract Demand by 4,291 Dth/d. IGI Resources, Inc.'s Service Agreement number is 142840.
