In addition, responsible for minimizing lost revenue or improving existing processes on assigned roles as subject matter expert. A go to person for at least one functional area or assigned subject expert role.

This role has overarching responsibility for operations and is included in the Atlantic - Gulf's senior management team. Responsible for the operational priorities related to safety, regulatory & compliance, and reliability. This includes, but is not limited to, building and sustaining an institutionalized behavioral based safety culture, ensuring operational discipline with respect to procedures, identifying hazard recognition and response, PSM 360, WIMS, Maximo, continuous improvement efforts and other programs that make up the physical risk management system. This role has overall responsibility for maintaining appropriate resources availability and allocation by ensuring that the right people are in the right jobs. It's expected that this senior leader have an executive presence throughout operations and instills top down leadership accountability throughout operations.
